Tool & Die

At Clairon Metals Corporation, our in-house tooling saves you time, money and hassle. Our capabilities include: 3-D Master CAM, Wire EDM, CNC Machining, Full service conventional machining, Heat Treat, In-Die Taping, Progressive Dies, Single hit dies, Weld and Check Fixtures and Die protection designed and installed.

Our 114,000 square foot air-conditioned facility houses the latest in metal stamping equipment with an additional 33,000 square feet of warehouse space.  Our press sizes range from 1,100 tons to 35 tons.  Secondary capabilities include:  robotic MIG welding, resistance welding, machining, tapping, assembly, and special packaging.

We have a dedicated and mature supply base in the raw materials coating and manufactured component industries.   Our partnership with our supply chain also enables us to support your low volume laser, press brake and wire / tube bending requirements.   Providing supplier consolidation to our customers is just one way we can offer assistance with making our customers more lean and cost effective in their growing industries.
