History

Founded in 1989, Clairon Metals Corporation started as a tool and die shop and quickly expanded into stamping metal parts. As stamping grew the demand for value added services in welding and secondaries increased as did the need for outside services. While maintaining an independent tool shop with design capability we starting growing the press floor then adding resistance and robotic mig weld cells. As a privately held company we have grown from our beginnings to initially a 33,000 square foot facility to what is our current layout of two facilities housing manufacturing, warehousing and distribution totaling 147,000 square feet combined. Our associates have grown from a small group of about 15 to nearly 200 associates who together work 2 shifts, 5 days per week .Our welding operations have now surpassed stamping with 33 total weld cells in resistance and Mig supporting complex tube and stamping components with complex pneumatic fixtures designed and built in house. Along the way we have built the infrastructure of systems from intranet launch systems through to our MRP system and numerous control tools to monitor, communicate and manage our operations at a world class, mass production level. We welcome you to come visit so we can show you first hand how we have grown and developed as a metal parts supplier to service your needs.
