15+ years’ experience in the quality field with an emphasis in metal fabrication, machining, and plastics. I have served as the Quality Manager for Clairon Metals since 2015. My goal as a quality manager is to develop and maintain strong relationships with all of our customers so that we fully understand their
requirements and expectations. At Clairon, we maintain a proactive, upfront engagement system that helps us avoid quality problems. I am supported by an outstanding quality team that stands ready to respond and support you whenever needed.
She has been with Clairon Metals since 2001. Kari graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and an emphasis in HumanResources. She oversees all aspects of HR Management, including staffing, HR policy development, benefits administration, onboarding, employee engagement and performance management. She helps contribute to the organization’s development and overall culture.
As Director of Operations, RJ Madden has over 33 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. RJ graduated from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After moving to Georgia, he earned his Journeyman Toolmakers card in 1992.With his experience, hands-on approach, RJ is able to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing our procedures and coaching our people.
